"The Subie Guy and his team are great! I used to take my 2001 Outback to them when I lived in Richmond (he did a great job replacing the head gaskets, sold the car and it’s still running!). Now I drive a 2010 Impreza Outback Sport and don’t live in Richmond anymore, and the (non Subaru specialist) mechanics where I live hadn’t been able to address an issue with spark plug wires repetitively disconnecting - tried two sets of new wires but the brand didn’t play nice with my Subie. Anyway, I ended up breaking down on Afton Mountain on Thanksgiving and got my car towed to the Subie Guy out of desperation. They were able to address the issue in a crunch time and get my car back up and running. I really appreciate them!! They know all things Subaru!!"

"About a month ago, I was having an issue with my ignition. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they even gave me a suggestion of how I could try to fix it myself. Tried that, didn’t work, so I brought my vehicle back in and they were able to see me sooner than expected! Ended up being a quick fix and luckily for me not too pricey. They had great communication throughout. I have some additional minor things that need to get fixed soon, and so I know where I’ll be going!
