"Dr Abbas is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. I had extreme anxiety due to a very painful previous dental appointment in the past. He was very gentle and very thorough in making sure I was comfortable and pain free through the entire procedure. There are not enough stars on this review for how empathetic and effective he is!!!"

"The office is nice and clean friendly workers the biggest issue is have is every-time i have a preventative cleaning they end up billing me for something i was never asked if i would like “fluoride” was the latest i called several times to try to get this handled left several messages never can get a phone call back so i ended up paying the bill so my credit isn’t affected. I will make sure in the future to make it clear i want nothing but preventative service on those visits."

"I had my initial appointment with them. It took a very long time for the appointment, and now I see why. The staff was courteous and efficient. The dental hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, took her time explaining things to me, and even gave me advice on a low cost toothbrush I can use to keep my tartar and plaque down. I have deep pockets in my gum tissue as a pre-cursor to gingivitis, and she explained the treatment to me for my next few scalings which is way more in depth than my previous visits for scaling. After she got done explaining I was expecting each scaling visit to be too expensive (laser therapy and at home maintenance gel sent home for in between sessions). It was significantly more affordable than my previous dentist who did hand scaling with no extra bells and whistles. I feel confident that with this dentist's office guiding me in my treatment, that I will be able to get on top of this finally (prior treatments didn't do much for it) . If you can afford to wait about 4-6 months to get established, I definitely recommend it."

"SECOND BAD Experience during my procedures! Hygienist wasn't assisting Dentist like she should have. She Kept walking away & she didn’t know where certain tools were (new location for her) dentist had to keep telling her where everything was multiple times. They both kept walking away from my chair to take care of other patients instead of focusing their time on me, getting my work done, and then moving on. They need more staff to double up on patients like they are doing. I waisted my whole afternoon/evening there. I was rushed to get to an event that same night @ 6pm. I was there @ 1:45pm and didn’t leave out the office till 5:30pm. My appointment was at 2:00pm. Yes, I was told multiple times my gums were a problem they always are just sensitive yet trying to blame me for their issues. whatever, no procedure takes 4 hours!!! I had to get NUMB twice! No one likes those shots that you can still FEEL. Just Very frustrating & aggravating. I do like my dentist she’s nice. Shes always working her butt off. I’ve been going to her short time because I refused to see male dentist at Suffolk location. Other bad experience was with him. I didn’t comment on that experience giving practice benefit of the doubt, yet he did apologize when he saw me in office and he still thinks he meant well which he was just rude!"

"I received outstanding service on my visit two days ago. My appointment was on time, the dental hygienist was the nicest, I felt comfortable, relaxed and glad I came. The cleaning was painless and quick. My teeth are super clean. The dentist came in after the cleaning and examined me, she was also super nice and asked if I had any dental concerns or problems. It was a great visit."
