"Came into Frank’s Auto Service today on my lunch break in distress because my car was acting weird and had cut off on me. From over the phone to in person they provided excellent customer service. I didn’t get here until almost 1:00pm and was worried that they’d say they wouldn’t be able to get to my car today but not only were they able to diagnosis the issue, they were able to make the necessary repairs to get me back on the road! They listened to my concerns with attentiveness. They also have the best waiting area I’ve seen including a flat screen tv and a little play area for children!
