The staff always accommodates my crazy travel schedule and they are extremely responsive when there are dental/oral questions and needs beyond just the normal 6 month check ups. Dr. Ball takes the time to explain any concerns or challenges and will only perform services when they are truly needed. He and his staff have taken the time to get to know my family and always ask about them. And we always wrap up the visit by talking about Va Tech Sports!
