"This is the third time I visited Westover Dentistry. My husband and I had appointments for cleanings that we needed to reschedule for another day. They told us to come in two days later, one of us at 7 am and the other at 6 pm. His appointment went fine, but when I arrived at 6 pm, they told me I didn't have an appointment. I couldn't reschedule for another day, and it was the associate's mistake for not putting me in the system. They said they would accommodate me, and after 30 minutes, I sat in the chair, and they began preparing me for an x-ray. However, I only wanted a regular cleaning. The female dentist informed me that she couldn't perform the cleaning that day because they were closing, but she needed to take an x-ray and would not proceed with the cleaning without the pictures. I disagreed and left immediately. It was a complete waste of time. First, they failed to schedule my appointment properly, and then they informed me that they would not provide the cleaning service I came for. I spent one hour in their office and an additional hour on the road for nothing. They should have informed me beforehand that they couldn't perform the cleaning. It seemed like they were trying to keep me occupied and bill my insurance for unnecessary x-rays."
