"I’ve been going to Arlington Dental pretty much since I moved here ten years ago: for cleanings, in the main, but in the last few years I’ve had to have surgery. The care I have received has been excellent and skilled. The staff are courteous and approachable. The facilities are clean (and conveniently located so I can ruin my cleaning with Starbucks right after). I would appreciate more transparency with billing, but I haven’t brought that to their attention and that’s on me to ask. Full disclosure: they did offer to waive the fluoride fee in exchange for a review, but it was a nudge for commentary long overdue."

Kudos to the lady at the front desk too, although I didn't catch her name. However, that's where the positives end. I'm puzzled by the numerous 5-star ratings. As a new patient seeking a cleaning, I left with a staggering $1300 estimate for fillings and orthodontics, insisting on upfront payment just to schedule. This was quite off-putting, prompting me to seek a second opinion. This stark contrast to my subsequent consultation with another dentist, who offered the same services at a more reasonable cost without pressuring for upfront payment, raises concerns. While I won't discourage others from trying this place, caution is advised. These lower-rated reviews are accurate and not exaggerated."
