"Beware of lack of transparent pricing. This office makes you pay upfront and does not tell you what your insurance will cover nor will they seek insurance pre-approval for costs. Other dental offices seek pre-approval so you have transparent pricing. The office manager assured me that my costs would be covered and then my insurance agency denied it and the dental office's explanation. Therefore, paid almost a thousand dollars out of pocket. No wonder I am almost always the only one there."
