"We rented the truck on a Saturday outside of business hours so we had to do mobile pick up. We scheduled the reservation earlier in the week and opted to rent 2 dollys that were crucial for our moving process. The dollys were not in the truck when we arrived. Luckily the owner's father pulled in to feed the office cats and informed us the owners have been out of town for a few days - he was able to get the dollys for us. If he didn't show up we would've been screwed. Especially because the closest Uhaul place is in Lebanon and we were moving to JC. I recommend scheduling pick up on a week day to make sure you get everything you need. Although I'm grateful the owners father was able to help us, he did hold us up for 20+ minutes venting to us about his home life. I feel bad for even putting that in the review, especially because he's an older gentleman, but it was extremely bothersome as we were on a time crunch and already stressed about the move. I didn't appreciate the trauma dump. On a positive note, the truck was clean and ran well."
