"Quickness was extremely rude when handling a recent delivery. The food was done and was sitting at the restaurant and it was quicker for us to get the food. When trying to discuss getting a refund from them they hung up. Very poor customer service, and should have been handled much better. Very disappointing. Now the company is lying and saying there was cursing. How would they have been able to hear that as they were continually speaking over and dominating the conversation. Sometimes it’s hard to admit your wrong."
