To exchange your items you have to shop the same day you go into the store. I have a 3month old & anyone with a baby understands how limited your time is. Just wanted a gift card & didn’t think it was going to be that difficult. Carter’s has a lot of competition out here. I would highly recommend corporate changing their ridiculous return policy."

"I love that this store is so convenient. However the employees today (my first time in store) were not interested in helping customers. They yelled hello from behind the register and then continued their personal conversation for the entire time I was in the store which was approximately 20 minutes. Not once did they approach any customers. I put my purchases back and left the store very disappointed."
