"Great service here,even when you have a rental and 35 mins later a crazy machete wielding lunatic attacked a new rental these folks exchanged the ride,upgraded the ride and still had that first rental repaired before the second rental was returned.They get on it!"

"Rented a vehicle from a decent selection, only to be called a day prior to my pickup date; zero cars will be available due to negligence on their end. They stated they do not have any vehicles available, but clearly they over booked and came up with some excuse about upper management not closing out their availability."

"We placed a rental weeks in advance for our trip to Germany. Only to get a phone call days before we leave to be told it was canceled because we was not returning it to the same location. And would have to drive hours to rent one to be able to go and the price was double do not recommend going to enterprise in or around Richlands or cedar bluff va the manager of that location does not care if they accommodate you maybe enterprise needs to look at who they slow to run these locations"

"Once again the team at the Clay Pool Hill location did a great job. Ryan stayed late to make sure I had a car and would not be late for work Monday. While I was there another gentleman came in a needed a ride to an auto shop and without hesitation Ryan said yes and helped me then gave the other man the ride he needed."
