"Called this business I needed to be towed , I wrecked on Sunday morning early around 4:45 A.M. so I waited until about 8:00 to call and he seemed very nice and told me he could do it but the first thing he ask me is if I had insurance I told him yes but I didn’t want to use my insurance and he told me he understood and I ask him how much he would charge me and he told me their was no way he could tell me that until he seen the car, I told him I at least needed to know some kind of price and he told me it wouldn’t be to bad and I finally got a price out of him he said around 100-125 and I told him I wanted him to do it and he said he would but it would be an hour and he would call me before he left so we waited and waited he never called so I called him back he wouldn’t answer the when I called from the house number I called from so I called from my cell phone he answered and I ask him when he was leaving then he told me he couldn’t do it I ask why he said he had to go to church I ask him why couldn’t you have told me that in the first place and he hung up on me . I’m glad he was going to church while there I hope he thinks about how he treats people (potential customers). You could have at least called me back and told me you couldn’t do it."
