"The girl that works weekend is extremely rude took my 8 month old to get her ears pierced and she threw my change at me all over the counter on Black Friday the other customers in the store was getting my change off the floor manager was very nice when I called and spoke to her. However my special moment with my daughter was ruined do to her poor behavior because she rung me uo for rapid cleaner and I got the standard I noticed because the total wa higher and I nicely asked her if that was the stander we ignored me and fixed it just entire transaction was ATTITUDE FOR NO REAON I was being extremely nice!"

"I had a good time shopping here today. Everything was easy to find and the store associate was super duper nice! Great place for cutesy hair accessories. I do not recommend getting ears pierced here, but that's nothing against this particular location."

"Claire's is a great place to go to BUY jewelry but do not go here for piercings. I got my ears pierced here years ago when I was 12, and they never fully healed. As much as I love Claire's and they're cute jewelry and accessories you should never come here for a piercing, because they use a piercing gun to pierce your ears, which cannot be sanitized in between uses, and functions by using blunt force to shove a dull earing through your ear. It is not wise to have a teenager pierce your kids ears with a gun. Going to a piercing/tattoo shop would be cleaner, safer, and cheaper. At a tattoo shop they use a piercing needle, they never re-use the same needle twice, and the needle is so sharp that it won't create scar tissue and heals much faster. Not to mention it hurts way less and is much less likely to get infected."

"This place is okay. The lady that pierced my son's ear was nice but in a hurry. The store was really crowded the day we were there. Many of the customers were rude."
