"I won’t shop this store again. They make up their own rules and policies for coupons and rewards as to what merchandise they can be used on. I even read the fine print. Plus they close every day at 6 pm. Makes it hard for people who work to get there. I won’t even try going there, I’ll go to another location. Multiple ones in our are to choose from as long it’s not a Kay’s Hallmark. Lost my business for good."
