"I scheduled a hair appointment 1/27/24 at Ulta. The girl that waited on me was very sweet, but so inexperienced. She has just gotten out of school and worked only six months, she said, most of which was shadowing. There was no one to watch and over see her work. I showed her at least eight times what I wanted and explained. I wanted a short bob with choppy layers. She cut my hair almost shoulder length straight around. I showed her the picture again and said, this is what I want. She told me she hasn't layered it yet. Ok... She took the thinning sheers and started going all through my hair with these! Then she said, let me blow dry and curl to see what it needs. At that point I was about to cry, but wanted to give her the benefit of doubt. After these things were done, she asked how it was. I pulled the picture out, yet again and said it's ok for now, but this is what I wanted. I got up and paid for the service (left her a tip) and left. Once I showered a wad of hair was in my shower. I looked like I had a bad wolf cut from a 6 year old. I had to go to another salon today 1/28/24 to have the mess fixed. I ended up with a VERY short cut! It's very expensive to have hair done at Ulta $57.00 to not come out of there looking nice and decent. Nothing is perfect, but this was atrocious. I'll never go there again!! Never!"

"Don't come here if you want anything other than a normal haircut. My hair WAS in an asymmetrical cut, but she kept cutting and cutting and now the sides match. Glad I paid over $70 to get the side I was growing out for months cut again... by a master stylist. Last time I went it wasn't what I wanted either."

"I went in there with my mother she was looking for her just the right color Foundation and they have really decent makeup and we found some okay deals for to be Black Friday weekend not a greater deals as some places but they were okay and the girl that helped me I wish to know her name she was the sweetest thing ever was and she helped me find me some eyeliner but I ended up not getting it four or five different kinds I'll put it back and didn't get it and pay that much when I can get some that's better suit for me and not as much bad stuff they may be vegan and cruelty free but they got a lot of other things that makes up for the bad so I can't weigh out the good and the bad in this because it don't weigh even the and my mom got her foundation there and she's actually going to be taking it back and we was going to get some eyeshadow palettes but just found a better deal through Bellame... but there's still stuff that I probably may get from there and my mother may be as well I really appreciate the kindness and the girl that was so sweet and helped us and love to be able to call her out and say your name I know she knows how to put her eyeliner on and her makeup on point and she's younger and has long brown hair and wears liquid eyeliner and draws it out like cat eyes gorgeous she needed to be somewhere like doing people's makeup and makeovers if she could do them as well as she does her own some people can do their own makeup or do others better than they can the other vice versa you know anyways I wasn't expecting to write a novel for my review but I did if everybody finds this helpful either way I'd give them a four stars like I said and I would give her her a five star that the place I'll give it for Ulta have a great GODspeed day"

"Honestly, if it wasn’t for the fact that Sephora no longer is open in JC, I would have never stepped foot in this place. The point system is an actual JOKE. I’ve had the last straw with this place. I had over $120 in rewards and I used $23.50 of them the other day. So explain to me how I only have $62 left? Anyone with even a middle school education can do simple math and can see that doesn’t make sense. Don’t even get me started on the workers here. Snooty and unhelpful."
