"I was going here to get my very first pair of boots and all I could say is. They have a lot of good Western wear but the employees are so bad. I asked one of their employees for help 3 separate times and he just kept walking off cause I wanted to see how to measure boots because I had no idea. he just walked off and started helping somebody else like I didn't even exist. So I went up to the front to ask one of the Three people that were up there and they are all on their phones not caring. I asked them for help they're like. Oh, you gotta go to the back and ask the person that's walking back there. He should be back there. I go back there again and he still wouldn't listen to me. I felt like I was not even a person. They need to hire new people ."

"Long line. No help while in store. Get up to check out and scanners aren’t working. The style number is on the actual pant too, but don’t tell them that they’ll give you attitude! (and still ignore the help) Was just trying to make their life and mine easier that’s all. I’ve had far better customer service at other cavender’s and will stick to spending my money at the others."
