"I scheduled 2 appointments the first one I canceled the day before because the truck was not running the second one my daughter was in the hospital overnight the next morning taken into surgery I called multiple times as did my older daughter to no avail to reschedule I called once more to attempt to reschedule he explained to me that no appointments would be made to simply drop it off and he will see it in the lot because I no called no showed for my last appointment I called 19 times my older daughter called another 10 will not do business here due to the fact that he said and I quote bring the truck and drop it off that’s not an appointment when you only have that car and can not simply bring it and drop it off he also said don’t drop it off the night before because he has a problem with people steeling converters in his lot just food for thought"
