"I needed to have state inspection done on two vehicles. Went to one place and was told they were booked even though I arrived 7 minutes from the business opening hour (and they didn't do appointment). Drove to Timbrook to try my luck. While Timbrook couldn't do the inspection that morning, the front desk was kind and polite and got my two vehicles scheduled in quickly. Their waiting room was by far the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I'd been to. (My 6yo son also commented that it was the best waiting room, and it smelled so good.) Everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly. I would recommend this place."
