"I was very happy w my service . John , took control of the problems and was very thorough in his search to find the problem. He worked w the warranty company very well and got it done sooner than I expected. His communication was very good in keeping us up to date w the progress . "I hit a curb with the left front wheel of my ‘19 gC at approx. 30 - 40 mph. The curb was part of a median divider & was perpendicular to the wheel. It was dark so I pulled into a gas station to check the damage. The rim didn’t appear to be bent (couldn’t be sure), left traction control warning was lit & steering wheel was turned slightly to the left.j I made an appt. with the dealer to check the vehicle out. I needed an alignment, warning light reset & rim/tire were fine (needed balancing). I also asked them to take care of 2 additional items - small oil seepage on the left valve cover & change fluid in the transfer case. Everything was taken care of in one day. I’m very satisfied with the staff & the work they did. The folks I talked with were professional and obviously wanted a satisfied customer to drive out of the dealership."
"Oil change and rotated tires... Service department was nice, service was done in good time, total bill a little pricey but, not bad. The only issue I had is my tires are not fully inflated, went back in and said something to the service person about it and he said they should fill up full after I drive it for a little. I put 20 miles on it, they never got to full pressure."
"The guys at CMA are awesome, very professional, Zach kept me very informed with the diagnosis and explained what needed replacement. They were able to begin work on my truck one day earlier then what was planned so that was a nice suprise. I am very pleased with these guys services and would recommend to anyone. Parts arrived quickly and they had me ready to be back on the road in no time."
