"Called them last week (April 25th) to schedule an appointment for a State Inspection. We scheduled for today (May 2nd) first thing in the morning (8:00am). 8:00am arrived and no one was there. I waited until 8:20 and had to leave. I had arranged to go into work late to get this done and had to be at work by 9:30. Called the number for the business and it just went to voicemail (thought it might have been forwarded to a cell phone, but no). It is unprofessional to not open your business on time and it was very inconvenient for me to not get the State Inspection done after taking off from work for an hour."

"What a great shop. My truck needed a new water pump while we were here in Natural Bridge for vacation. Donnie the owner helped me out immediately and replaced the pump. Got us going again so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. He did a great job at a fair price and got it done quickly. I would give him six stars if I could. Great service and a super nice guy!"
