"They are never open . I've been there numerous of times at different times of the day and the door is always locked. Never opened when supposed to opened up in the mornings. I had to go all the way to Madison heights to get service which is at least 45 minutes away and I live in Appomattox. I don't see how they are still open since it seems like no one is ever working."

"Lesson learned. Husband bought iPhone 13 at Russell at 5 weeks old phone would not charge. Russell would not support problem. They would not even call. Actually told us for us to call Apple and that " it's real simple." They sell phones but then they are DONE with you. It took me 2 days to resolve by calling Apple, which we are done with also. Thank you Best Buy! Our phones will only be bought there at Best Buy."
