"I walked into this advance Auto this morning and was greeted by the manager and assistant. They helped me find everything I needed quickly. As I was at the counter, the manager handed me a cold monster coffee out of the refrigerator and said “this one is on me.” Little did he know it had been a rough couple of weeks and a difficult holiday season ahead. Little acts like this go a long way. I will forever be an advance customer in the future! Thank you for your kindness. I’ll be sure to pass it along to someone else as well!"
"I mean they only get one star because it was the lowest option. Their cashier was extremely rude. He wasn’t helpful at all and he even thought I stole something. And asked me countless number of times did I put the item back?"

Then, he noticed us outside trying to change out the wiper blades while it was raining & came outside to help! Even took the old blades & trash to throw away for us.
