"Unreal! We booked a trip and no one showed. They refused to answer the phone and when we called the owner he said he was out of town and not sure what to do. I would give 0 stars if I could. We hired child care and lost money on reservations. Their response to my review is also a lie. They never showed up and the bus driver never answered our calls. Therefore, they would not have known if anyone was underage (which no one was). Extremely unprofessional company to respond with lies to reviews. Own up to your mistakes, don’t continue to lie to save yourself. We also have text receipts from the owner confirming the driver did not show up. He reached out to us months later once he saw reviews and tried to give us the reason why the driver did not show up."

"Karen came to my camper, picked me up in the limo, drove me around the campground to the wedding venue. She made sure I was comfortable and kept my nerves calm on my wedding day. After our ceremony, she drove both of us around the campground to celebrate as newlyweds. She rolled out the red carpet, hung a just married sign on the back of the car, and treated us like royalty. She was on time and made sure we were very happy on our special day!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! We had a pick up scheduled for 11 and the driver never showed up. We reached the business owner and he couldn’t even reach out and call us-instead texted us. It was many inconveniences to our group due to us having a whole day planned out and having to find childcare for this event. Very unreliable company!!"
