"Called on 6-15 was told by Jason they would pull part on 6-19 and ship via UPS and I would receive tracking info via email. Called 6-19 was told part was pulled but would not ship until 6-20. Called 6-20 and was then told it would definitely ship on 6-21. I then called back two days later on 6-23 to follow up again on shipment and tracking info and explained I have called multiple times about the part that I have already paid for and told would ship and the gentleman said I don’t care and placed me on hold 10 minutes would not pick back up. Called back and again put me on hold another 10 minutes and would not pick up. I never received the part and disputed the charge with my credit card company on 7/1/23. Totally unprofessional and dishonest business."

He even called to apologize that it was shipped one day later than he expected. Good customer service really goes a long way. The spare tire I received was in great condition too."
