"I want start by saying thank you!! I went in yesterday to get two fillings and my experience was truly amazing! Dr Clifford and Ms. Kristen made sure I was comfortable the whole time as best as possible and did not just treat me as a patient, I was treated as a person and even kind of a friend. They were very patient with me and wanted to make sure everything felt good before I left. We had many laughs and I really did enjoy my experience! They were both so amazing and Dr Clifford is always so good at remembering the conversation we have had with him which is not always easy when you see a lot of people but he still does! He truly treats us as friends. I am so grateful for them!! It is a blessing to have Dr Clifford and his practice in Crozet. Thank you all for being so amazing! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Clifford. My three kids actually look forward to visiting the Dentist! the office is so welcoming and everyone is so kind and professional. Dr. Clifford always puts my boys at ease and they are always comfortable and happy while there. We live in Waynesboro, so it is a little bit of a drive across the mountain to be seen in Crozet, but it is 100% worth the drive. "Can’t say enough good things. First time visit for my toddler and the staff was amazing. Super patient and communicative, and even let her pick a Netflix show to watch. Everyone made her feel very comfortable and anything cleaning wise was just for exposure with no pressure. Dr. Clifford was wonderful and did a thorough exam in a way that made her feel comfortable since she doesn’t love brushing her teeth. My daughter definitely received high quality care and I’m sure she’ll be excited when we come back in 6 months!"
