"Mike’s Transmission in Stuarts Draft is great! Took our Jeep Liberty to our regular mechanic because the transmission was slipping when accelerating hard. Our mechanic recommended Mike’s and thought we needed a new transmission or a rebuild at a cost of $4,000-$5,000. Dropped the Jeep off at Mike’s for them to evaluate it. They test drove it and said they thought a transmission fluid flush and clean would fix the problem. Gave them to go ahead and picked the Jeep up at the end of the day. Ran great and no slipping or other issues for under $200. It’s nice to know they’re still honest people out there that fix the problem and are not just trying to make as much money as possible. We were very grateful to Mike and I would highly recommend."

"Terrible craftsmanship. They had my truck for 4 months and this is what I received. It looks like they separated the transfer case and transmission with a chisel. I was never informed about the damage they caused to transfer case. I made it home and realized the 4wd linkage must of been left unhooked or became unhooked during my drive home from their shop. When I looked under the truck I found what you see in the picture. When i called they admitted to the damage you can see to the Trans and tcase, laughed and told me it should've cost more. I'm very disappointed with the work, turn around time, customer service and I certainly feel ripped off. Truck is sitting in my yard leaking fluid. I picked it up yesterday, 1-12-24."

"took a vehicle back in october, said they were 2-3 weeks behind on work, got the vehicle back 3 months later with a busted up transfer case. chad was our mechanic & incredibly rude. i don't reccomend using this shop."

"The work seems to be ok. The second time I've used them. The first time, they had a line against the axel, which wore a hole in it and ran all the fluid out. Over heating the transmission. Luckily, I had a friend fix it without too much damage. The second time, it was over a month longer than they said it would be. With no apology or compensation. I own a business. When I'm late, I make it up to my customer. I even asked if there would be any after I called a week after they said it would be done. I was told then it would be the following week. But ended up being 3 more weeks. Almost 6 weeks for a job I was told would be a week."
