"A good example of a standard BWs. Has trivia, sports, wings, etc. clean, friendly staff. Would be nice to get some non-sports variety on the TVs, but the sports theme is quite obvious so no real issue."

"Order was messed up as soon as we got it, asked for all flats and all drums. Attempt #1 wings came out 2 short and the all drums came out with flats and drums. They took it back and check this out. Attempt #2- all flats come out with 2 drums, the waitress gave them to us and stated here are your all flats( really it had two big drums on the plate) this was the two missing flats from earlier. lol. The all drums came out all drums with no sauce on the replacement drums and low and behold a hidden flat under the additional drums. The entire experience was a joke, BWW employees at this location are a joke. Their attention to details is below average."

"Ugh, food seems to be on the decline in quality, presentation and flavor. The beer is good and cold, but an order can take a long time to get to you...your glass will be empty for a while before a refill is offered and brought to your table. Forget about trying a limited time flavor - they never have them available. The place could use a refresh and quality+quantity for the money a boost!"

"Although I am a fan of their parmesan garlic wings sauce, there isn't anything spectacular about the wings they serve. Everything else on the menu is just what you'd expect to find here and all taste like decent bar food. But hey, with cheap prices and a wide selection of beers on tap, you cannot really complain. I find myself frequenting this place whenever I am in the Roanoke area and have not had any of the bad service people are taking about, either because I don't notice it or I'm already drinking and I don't care. C'mon this isn't a fancy steakhouse or something! Also recently they opened up another bar area which helps declutter some of the restaurant's main bar area. Whenever I feel like kicking back, grabbing a few beverages, and watching a game or two, BWW is always a safe bet in my book."

"I don’t do bad reviews intentionally, but this is just SO bad I’m making an exception. This is their “large” $17 salad. Positioned on top is a small salad fork for comparison. The “salad” is mainly black or brown slimy lettuce and carrots; tomato etc missing. Either mold or blue cheese present, I’m allergic to blue cheese and noted to not have any, so I’m grateful the rest was so foul I didn’t try eating it. The chicken was dry/rock hard & could not even be cut with a sharp knife. Not all my disgusting photos are posting for some reason but I’m very concerned about the health risk this poses."
