"Charged me for union rings I didn’t even get. Waited 20-30 minutes to get drinks, then another 20-30 just for the food to come out cold with very little meat on the bone, one chicken leg didn’t even have the bottom half of the meat, didn’t even get the onion rings I ordered and my buddies fries are cold, waited on receipt for 20-30 minutes,"

"Waited approximately 30 minutes before a waitress assisted us, and it required one of us in the party (4 people) to flag down a waitress. Food was extremely cold and fries tasted hard as if the food was sitting in the kitchen for another 30 minutes when it came out. Every single one of us experienced this. One of our members in the group did not receive his order of onion rings either. Overall, it was an extremely depressing experience and a regrettable one. I rarely write negative reviews, but this was too much to not comment about. As if this wasn't enough, our waitress forgot about our refills and have been waiting for receipts for another 20-30 minutes."

"Went in for lunch with my family to find out their heater inside the restaurant was broken making us wear our winter jackets to eat no biggie we thought. Luckily we got seated super fast. We ordered our food and an appetizer to start. The appetizer came out cold with the cheese being cold as well. Our food came and I found that my wings were also cold. The waitress checked in with us and I informed her that the food was cold and she had it promptly remade which was great. Gotta say there needs to be some changes before I'll go back."

"Boy was this place packed when we got there! We had actually attempted to go to another place but the wait was way too long and BWW was shorter. While the waiting itself wasn't ideal fir just getting seated, the real kicker was that wait also stretched into our sit-down. But that is to be expected when the play offs are on. But nevertheless, the food was fantastic and our waitress gave me a really good drink recommendation."

"Julia was awesome and so helpful. My wings and onion rings was hot and fresh. We walked in the door at 6:15pm and was served and ate and walked out at 7 pm. I enjoyed and appreciated the fast service."
