"Just yesterday I went to crispy cream to pick up my pre ordered 4 dozen donuts of different varieties, I ordered 2 dozen christmas theme donuts along with 2 dozen raspberry filled donuts, however i did not receive all 4 dozen donuts i had pre-ordered at 11am. One of the dozen raspberry filled donuts were 7 lemon and 5 raspberry filled when i asked for them to all be raspberry filled. I did not notice this until i got home that night and looked at the box in disappointment because we had already been missing one of the dozen christmas theme donuts that they supposedly didn’t see on their screen when I had pre-ordered all of these 4 dozen donuts at 11am."

"Shoutout to this location. Every time I've been in there I've had a good experience. I've had issues using the app there and they still honored my deal. I partook in their free dozen to the first 200 customers, and they even snuck in a chocolate donut for a nice surprise!"

"Nice large location with the typical hot doughnut line in drive thru. Service was good with the waitress being helpful although her after was very flat. I asked for the apple fritter, and she appeared a little surprised that I was asking for the higher price item versus a regular donut at a more cheaper price. The selection is geared more towards the fall season with at least five donut options in pumpkin spice. Not everyone Likes pumpkin spice and it takes away from the regular donut flavors that are not being offered during this time of the year. The apple fritter donut that I had was OK at best there were only two pieces of apple on the entire fritter and the dough itself did not appear to be fully cooked, and it was laced with icing, which was fine. The Oreo doughnut is just that cookies and cream inside and out and appears to be a walking diabetes explosion. Overall it was an average experience. The prices were a little bit extreme. However, it's probably due to the increase cost and sugar these days you can get in and out of the location both inside and drive-through in a very quick fashion."
