"Every employee was exceptionally polite, cheerful and courteous. The food was fabulous! We had the buffet which is all you can eat. They kept the buffet line filled at all times. Always plenty to eat and good variety! Pizza's with white sauce also and fantastic mozzarella sticks! We will go back and often!"

"Visited this location around lunchtime on a Tuesday. The bar was a bit scarce, but this is normal during slow lunch hours. There were 3 people there when I arrived, but only 2 when I left. I found it odd that the napkins, straws, utensils, cheese & red pepper shakers were not near the drink fountain. The pizza seemed to be thinner than what I usually expect at a Cicis. I found it dissapointing that this location appears to have opped out of the $4.99 early week pizza buffet special. I was also unable to redeem my free birthday buffet. Fortunately the manager on duty made an exception. I would have hated to drive out all this way from Danville only to find out I couldn't use my birthday buffet. This is just something to keep in mind, this location may have opted out of the MyCicis loyalty program."
"Every time depends on your luck either you get good fresh stuff at the salad bar or Some are old ,for the pizza buffet it depends on who’s in service at that time they you don’t have a standard constant items so it’s about your luck… But stuff are friendly and trying to do their best but they can’t ,they are only two or three doing everything Like running between cashier and cooking ,so when the restaurant is a bit crowded everything is very late…"
