"Cracked and old filling on Thursday, called Friday, office closed for conference, left message, Dr jelinek himself called same day, made appointment for Monday at 915. Great office process, about 15 minutes total for history and insurance processing About 45 minutes of work and I walked out with temp filling and appointment for crown prep in 3 weeks. Dr J and staff are very personable and professional. When I told his assistant I had the filling and bit of enamel that had fractured. she said that's OK, we dont need to see it, we have to work with what remains. I rank this as the best first dental appointment I've ever had. Based on my experience I give Dr J and staff 5 stars."
