"I am terrified of the dentist. Had to get 3 teeth extracted due to severe pain. Even without a appointment, they allowed me to come in at 8AM & had me in and out in under a hour. I had no insurance so I had concerns about the cost. But it was very reasonable. Wonderful staff. Very caring. I absolutely recommend this dentist to anybody. Thank you so incredibly much!"
"DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! I chipped a tooth and called around to different emergency dentist in the area and found this one. At first everything went okay and the price wasn’t too bad at all….then after I noticed my tooth that was fixed was slightly longer than my original tooth had been which wasn’t a big deal. I was eating food and my tooth chipped again exactly a week later, and I came back and got it fixed again and then after I left for the second time I had extreme tooth sensitivity to anything even sucking in air irritated my tooth let alone cold water and hot liquids. I also noticed a sharp piece in the back of my tooth that my tongue kept running against and I chalked that up to it being new and maybe I just needed to wear it down some until I took a look at the back of my tooth and the dentist left an entire portion of my tooth exposed where they just did not bond the back of my tooth just fixed the front and left the back exposed so that is why my tooth was so sensitive. There is absolutely no way they “specialize” in cosmetic dentistry. I will now have to go to a REAL dentist and get it fixed because I do not trust them to work on my teeth AT ALL. Save your money go somewhere with competent dentists."
"I just called and tried to make an emergency’s appointment. The associate on the phone line just insulted me, he said if you are a manager you know how to pick up a pen and paper to write down a phone number! I only asked if the number I called right now would be the same as I called right now. I already don’t feel well but one thing is for sure after a 45 second phone call which I hang up right after being insulted I would not choose to go to this office!"
"UPDATE: It's been over a year and they still have not submitted a claim for me to get reimubursed my $450 just for x-rays. No actual dental work was performed. My insurance keeps calling them to submit it and they keep saying they will but they haven't. They robbed me of my money. I would not reccomend anyone coming here at all. Unfortuantely, I had a really bad cavity the day of my birthday and needed care for the terrible pain I was having. I could not go 5 minutes without my tooth throbbing in excruciating pain. I found this emergency dentist that was open on a Saturday. The minute I walked in, I had an uneasy feeling about the space. It did not feel comforting at all. There wasn't anyone at the front desk and when a dental assistant became available, either the boss or owner, was doing a terrible job of guiding her. He was talking loudly and slowly in her face because he felt like she didn't speak english well when really he just was not good at explaining and being patient. He said to her word for word "You need to speak English better." I felt like if my white boyfriend wasn't there with me, I would be treated the same way. This was all in front of us while I'm in pain. She was very disturbed by him that while I'm crying in pain, I'm comforting her because she was crying in embarassment. I took x-rays and sat in the room where they do work and was still uncomfortable. It was dark and old. The dentist came in and had his legs wide open in my face which was gross. He could've brought my seat up or closed his legs. I told him I was anxious and scared of dentists and he said "so am I". I'm still in a lot of pain and he did not AT LEAST numb me. He said that I would have to pay right here, and right now before they could start an emergency root canal. I'm by myself and I'm in my early 20s, I do not have $3,000 lying around so he makes me get on the phone and call whoever I could to lend me the money. He was listening in on my conversations and overheard my family member saying it's not life or death, we can find you a better dentist and he got offended and asked me personal questions about myself. I ended up walking out because of how terrible my care went. It was very disturbing and uncomfortable. They also said they accepted my insurance but didn't on Saturdays?? So they charged me $500 on X-Rays which THEY STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME FOR!! I submitted a claim in February and it is now September!!! Please do not go here!"
"5 year old was having severe toothache to the point where he couldn't not stop screaming in pain. I called and the man who answered the phone heard my son in the background and just said he couldn't help me if he's screaming like that. I reminded him his website says family emergency dentist and he couldn't help a kid in this much pain? He said no, not if he was screaming and uncooperative so if "he's screaming like that we won't help him." I told him we'll find someone who can help and has a heart instead."
