"Can I give 6 stars? Let me start by saying I have had a negative view of dentistry due to some bad experiences during my lifetime. This has led me to avoid dental visits unless I have a problem. I can’t say enough positive things about Fox Family Dentistry. I am a new patient for Dr Fox and have seen him recently for a crown replacement and cleaning/examine. I am very impressed with this organization and have complete confidence in their work. They are very competent, they listen, and they do a great job explaining everything what they are doing. You will be hard pressed to find a more friendly doctor and staff. Dr. Fox is a gentlemen, and I have been treated by Stephanie and Amanda and they are outstanding. They all feel like friends and if you don’t like being a dental patient, they understand that and they spend a lot of time making you feel comfortable. Their approach is conservative, so they are focused on maintaining good dental health and on anything that is serious or may become serious. They are not looking to create business. I now go to the dentist."

"I’m not sure why everyone recommended this place so highly. The receptionist are unprofessional in their communication and seem disorganized. A week before my appointment I emailed my completed paperwork and a copy of my insurance card. I got two automated emails in response saying they would get back to me soon. The day before my appointment they call me to say they didn’t have any of my information. I forwarded the same email back to them and they responded with a short “sorry thanks for the info” type of incomplete sentence and there was no professional signature or practice information at the bottom of the email. When I checked in the day of I came ten minutes early since I had never been there before. I then waited until ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start (20min wait time total) before being brought back. At my children’s dentist they make it a point to bring the patient back before ten minutes past their start time because our time is as valuable as theirs. The hygienist was very nice and thorough. Dr. Fox Sr. Was only there for a moment to look at my teeth and I’m not even sure he stopped to look at my X-rays it was so quick. They’re overbooked so they didn’t have any openings until next September, which is ridiculous. When leaving I asked the receptionist a question about something the dentist had given me and she just shrugged and said “I don’t know” and left me to figure it out myself. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience, which is frustrating because he came so highly recommended by nearly a dozen people I knew. Maybe my expectations were just too high."

"Dr Fox is an excellent dentist I would highly recommend. If you want quality work done on your teeth He does phenomenal work that I was highly impressed ,I absolutely adore this dentistry! Everyone is so kind and friendly. Specially Jamila Ahmadi one of the staff member Everything about her is first rate and professional."

"Today I had an amazing experience yet again with Fox Family Dentistry. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. And just like every time I'm in there, the Hygienist is always super friendly, courteous and caring. Today was a little different though. During my cleaning, the Hygienist really showed above and beyond care for what she thought was concerning. My gums were inflamed and bleeding quite a bit. Ms. Stacy P. gave me a mirror, showed me the problem area and really explained to me in detail what was going on with my gums. Yes, every hygienist does this, But Ms. Stacy's delivery of that news was much more compassionate today. She really made me feel like I was part of the Fox family and gave me the news as if I was her own family. I cannot say enough good things about Fox Family Dentistry, Thank you Stacy P. for being great at your job and doing it with such a warm heart!!!"
