"The Fall Open House was an opportunity to buy wood for projects with my grandson. I’m the Grandpa who makes things with them. As builders of fine furniture, Shea and his team have a discerning eye, and focus on quality, when turning logs into rough sawn lumber. As a woodworker new to the valley, I’m excited to be able to buy beautiful local species wood. I’ve purchased live edge walnut slabs, and maple, cherry and walnut lumber. They flattened the live edge slabs, saving me significant time, and at a reasonable price. Plus they're genuinely nice people, willing to share their expertise, so supporting this small business is easy to do."

"I recently purchased some 8/4 and 4/4 Cherry from Shea and his brothers. It's some really nice stock! The boards are wide and long, and at a good price. They are extremely nice and helpful, not like the stereotypical lumberyard stories one hears about. Josiah helped me pick out my boards and load them in my truck. I have local hardwood dealers, but I enjoy the relationship I've developed with Alexander Brothers and will drive out of my way to buy from them!"

"Shea and his team built us a custom dining table with bench for our cabin out of the oak trees from our property. They kiln dried the wood and built a beautiful rustic table.
