"The last time I went to T-Mobile was of March 2022 when Sprint was merging with T-Mobile, so my mom and I went to get our phones traded. I remember the line was short (we were probably the fourth person in line with more people coming in), but it took what seemed like FOREVER to get to an associate. Granted, there were only two associates, so take that to consideration. Once we were finally helped, which took roughly an hour and a half, the associate, Brooke, was extremely patient and helpful; even acknowledged us for being so patient. The process of us trading our phones was facile; didn't take long and went by smoothly that we disregarded the fact we had been there for almost two hours! I'm not sure if Brooke still works there, but if she does, she rocks! I'm writing this review to, not only thank Brooke for her stellar service, but also to keep in mind that these associates are doing everything they can to make customers happy, especially when it's short staffed, so please be mindful next time you go here, or anywhere."

"Extremely bad experience with this reseller. Not helpful at all. May be if you buy something. Several kids (type of one day they deliver pizza, the other day they work for T-Mobile….) more interested smoking and chatting in front of the shop than helping customers. Where is the manager?"

"I have been to two other T-Mobile stores today that showed by their actions they know nothing about good customer service. This store was a refreshing difference. I was in the store less than 5 minutes when Brooke acknowledged me. Excellent polite customer service delivered at this store. While Brooke was helping me another associate acknowledged another customer that entered the store. All associates were working quickly to help customers in the store. T-Mobile needs to acknowledge and reward the wonderful customer service given by the employees here! Thanks to all and especially Brooke for the patient, effective, and efficient help given to me and the customers present while I was here."
