"I have a very fussy toddler tonight and I’m trying to finish a project. I ran out of thread, and also realized I needed a curved needle. The associate who answered the phone was so kind. She helped me find exactly what I needed and told me where it’s located in the store and then offered to hold them upfront for me so that way I wouldn’t have to lug a grouchy toddler through the store and pick it myself, wonderful customer service right at the perfect time of Year. Update: the employee was Noir. I think that’s there name! Anywho made my whole evening"
