"I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. Ultimately this is a mostly positive review and I want to support my local store so I went with 4 stars. The big advantage is this is a local store so we can go in for some window shopping. We've done it several times and the sales person remembered us. In fact, if my experience was just the sales person I'd leave a 5 star review. There are two problems though, which is why the risk of a 3 star review. The "office" staff was not particularly helpful. We finished the credit application and felt like we were intruding to get the application and purchase processed. Honestly it took an hour even after we knew what we wanted. My other negative is a "sale" that felt a bit disingenuous. We were told to come back and they had a buy one get one deal going on, which was perfect since we were buying 2 chairs but not a set. The chairs we looked at were listed at ~$600 but then the fine print on the ad was the pricing was based on the "comparable value." That was like $950 so we got both chairs for $950 instead of $1200, so still a good deal but it was $350 more than we expected. I'm still waiting to experience delivery so will update the review at that time."
