"It's a 7-11, what do you think."

"I went to this 7-11 to use their air machine for my tires. The machine accepted payment, but would not turn on. I spoke with the manager who informed me that "It has been broken for 6 months because if you put it on your tires it will give you a flat tire". Since an air machine is used for safety purposes, it seems highly irresponsible to advertise this service and leave it un-operational for over half a year. I was also told I could not get a refund without calling a separate company, which has insane wait times. You should not have to wait an hour for a two dollar refund, and I'm sure many people won't. If you advertise a service you know you can't provide, accept payment, and refuse to refund someone without forcing them to jump through ridiculous hoops, in my eyes that is no different from theft. I asked why there was not a sign letting people know it was broken and was told "We had one, but when someone from the company came and tried to fix it they took it down". Not sure when they came, or why they could not put up another sign. In general, I have had many bad experiences with this 7-11 and avoid it whenever possible. It is usually filthy and dissheveled, and prices on shelves are often wrong, and they do not seem to be concerned that they are advertising incorrect prices. Go to Sheets!"

"i usually think this location is pretty okay, but i bought an eggroll today and what is this? this is beyond burnt and actually inedible (burn on the eggroll attached) this was in the grab and go case as opposed to the rollers (how i see other locations display them) and i personally think this is beyond unacceptable."

"Everything is dirty. Counter,shelves, floor. Tops of Coffee caraffes look like they haven't been cleaned in a month. Both new espresso machines non functional in need of cleaning at 11 o clock in the morning. Dirt in the candy trays in front of the register? Looks like they need some new help."

"This 7-11 is clean and the staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with. I use their ATM as most folks don't know that they do not charge the $3.00 fee to withdraw money."
