"I was part of a scout canoeing day this past weekend and we had such a great time at Front Royal Outdoors. They dealt with the kids great, had nice equipment and made the entire trip smooth. We had a great day on the water! The two labs that greated us in the parking lot and again when we pulled up to shore at the end of our day, we're a nice bonus. The scouts got to play with the dogs in the water and they were so sweet natured."

"Great outfitter, they are super helpful, they answered all of our questions with knowledgeable insight. The staff is exceptional, they take care of everything you need and provide a great experience on the river. The canoe we rented was super steady and did great fishing on the river. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Had an amazing time on an amazing river!! And if you get there early, the two furry "customer service specialists" will keep you entertained, lol"

"We made a last minute reservation for rafting . obviously we did not do our own research. Nice place but the staff did not give us the correct information. The water was so low that the whole time we were struggling to move .. rather than a good adventure it became a nasty experience. We kept getting stuck on the stones. As per the stuff they tell Everyone on the water situation but I guess we were the only one they forgot to inform . Overall the place is good but think million times before you decide of going for the rafting there. It’s more like paddling"

"Gorgeous day on the Shenedoah River! Will shared great advice and carried our kayaks from and to the bus. We need some rain, but the rapids are still fun with a Shenedoah shimmy. Our second visit in two weeks, and the water was better than last week. Great equipment and service. We’ll be back!"

"We came here twice, it was fun and we'll definitely come back next time we're here. The Shenandoah River is beautiful! The water was quite low and we could see a lot of fish which was fun. The employees were friendly and helpful, they brought us to the starting point by schoolbus and picked us up at the end."
