"I guess they mean well but not fulfilling cash exchanges is a bit odd. Two times they either dont have enough money in the till to buy a game for cash or the system is down. I'm already selling the game at 1/10 of the price you guys turn around and sell it for. Then "stormy" takes out a switch game shakes it and puts it to her ear "is there anything wrong with it? They make me ask this" hahaha no. Gosh I didnt know you can learn something from shaking a micro SD card to your ear. Learn something new everyday coming to this gamestop"

"Had a delivery for uber eats. Very good high tip order. The door had a sign on it said Out To Lunch and the door was locked. There was no return time on when the employee would be back. It was 545 in the evening. I get people have to eat but an an uber driver missed out on a delivery and a customer had to wait much longer to get their stuff."

"I have a husband and 3 boys, so GameStop has been my go to place for birthdays and Christmas and such. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I don't know much about games, so when I go in to shop for this kids I always have so many questions, and they are so patient and kind while helping me out with my shopping. Plus when they have clearance sales on their toys and action figures you cannot beat their prices."

"Typical to other GameStop locations, so walking is always familiar. In addition to a focus on games, this location has a strong variety of other items, including apparel, toys, and collectibles. Item variety and inventory is strong, with last-gen stock being larger than most other stores I've visited. During my visit, one worker was there and handled multiple customers well. They were friendly and sociable, yet let all browse to their liking. However, the one drawback I experienced was the lack of awareness to a GameStop exclusive deal regarding a free alternative cover art for a game. The worker was confused and declined my request for one, despite the promotion lasting while supplies last, with many being available at my visit."
