"I waited over 27 minutes on hold for the pharmacy to answer my call and finally hung up. My app is not working and they refuse to answer my call! I finally hung up as they most likely were hoping for. I had questions about my father’s prescriptions. He is 81. Caring for him and managing his health and prescriptions is a lot!! I needed to talk with a human being not a chat or app. Now, I look forward to driving 30 minutes to get there to ask a question. This will take away from him. Not everyone can use an app to get customer service. It concerns me for those who can’t simply call their pharmacy!! I myself work in customer service and either you are empathetic or not! They ARE NOT!!! Just wanted to help my father. Horrible customer service and I will be switching pharmacies and location. This is not but the 3rd time this has happened! Negative 10 stars!"
