"The staff in the front of the store are nice and helpful but the pharmacy is rude. I came to get a covid booster and the pharmacist was rude to me. I got there early and nobody else was waiting. After 10 minutes past my appt time, I went to the pharmacy and they asked if I signed in which I had 30 minutes ago. One staff person in the pharmacy told me that she didn't even see me. Supposedly the pharmacy staff member was on the phone and never put my information in. I never received an apology. Another customer was waiting and asked me what happened. I told her what happened and the pharmacist asked me what my problem was? I told her that I was telling the other woman what happened. The pharmacist told me that it was only ten minutes late and I needed to understand that she was the only pharmacist there. And I shouldn't be telling everyone. I said nothing. She called me in 5 minutes later. As I walked in, she gave me a dirty look. I asked her to put cotton on after the shot with the bandaid. She told me that she didn't see any blood and I didn't need one. I told her that I didn't think she was being very nice. At that point, Ms. Nichols said I am tired of people yelling at me. I told her I wasn't yelling at her. I again asked her for the cotton and she refused. I walked out and she said if you want to complain call 1-800-rite aid. I got to my car and the blood from the shot had bled through my shirt. She ruined my shirt. I called 1-800-rite-aid and spoke to someone who was very nice. She told me that a woman named Jessica would be calling me in 1-3 days and no one called me. Obviously Rite Aid doesn't care about their customers even if you do call to complain."

"The past few times I’ve gone to pick up my prescription the pharmacy has been extremely rude and unhelpful. The woman working told me there wasn’t a prescription under my birth date and when I told her I received a text earlier in the week that it was ready for pick up she very rudely said “well spell your last name then” as if I was supposed to know to do that. The last time I came here the staff told me my prescription wasn’t even available and didn’t give me a reason why, and when they were explaining they didn’t even sound like they knew what they were doing."

"I rarely give five stars, especially to a pharmacy bc they are inherently frustrating but this one is the best, most helpful I’ve ever used. They were super helpful in getting my Rx transferred so I could get a bridge prescription covering the extended time I was required to be here from out of town. The whole pharmacy staff pitched in to get this done. Really kind and helpful- thanks to them all!!"

"Clean & front staff is friendly but the pharmacy is extremely rude. Due to Optima dropping Kroger from their network I tried this place out & pharmacy employee that was ringing up was impatient, curt & visibility annoyed at having to wait on customers. She spoke loudly & very with hard-to-miss attitude. I kinda wanted to offer her a snickers to see if it would improve her mood. I have already requested a transfer to another pharmacy where adults with manners work."
