"Visited last night and had a great experience. There was ample parking, the customer service was great and there were tons of selections for all ages/sizes. The lady wearing the striped shirt helped us while browsing on and helped us at checkout. She was so kind and joyful. She deserves a raise! They have gift boxes available for purchase and wow the quality is the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this location."

"Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Williamsburg, VA is one of my favorite place to shop. I have been shopping here for over 30 years. The employees are alway friendly. I love shopping for those unique limited blouses, jeans, hoodies, and polo shirts❣️It is definitely worth the drive. Only negative is that women section is a lot smaller than the men’s and kids section. Ample free parking is available."

The sales representative gave my wife the most difficult time, with little to no help from the on-shift manager (Henry)."

"While the racks and shelves did feel a little more unorganised or without a good flow as some of the other outlet stores we saw today, we were still able to find multiple things on sale. Dressing rooms were very very dusty so either clothes you're trying on or clothes you've taken off have a tendency to get coated in it. Well lit otherwise. We unfortunately weren't reminded about the other 15% discount offer if we downloaded an app I think and that could have saved us loads more."
