"All the employee was in a conversation up front and no one heard me ask for help than a worker came over to assist me and call a worker to go get my size (sneaker) when he came out he went pass me to help another customer and I said were you going with my show, wasn't professional at all"
"If I could give a place zero stars I would. Called two days in a row to ask about the Jordan 1 Black Toe Satin that was releasing in store today and was told but two employees it would be first come, first serve. When I arrived early this morning myself and other people waiting (who were also told first come, first serve) were told they were raffled off Friday night. No one who came to pick the shoes up had raffle tickets and all were allowed in the store before opening hours, one guy even out right said there was no raffle and then proceeded to buy multiple pairs. I reached out to corporate and was told this release should have been raffle and that all employees/store managers were made aware of this. Overall this was a horrendous experience and an outright dishonest business practice from this store. With all the other options I will never shop at Shoe City or YCMC again and I would strongly advise you to not waste your time either."
