"horrible, they had three employees working and they was to busy worried about a cute guy that worked at champs then to help out their customers. one white girl was kind and was very helpful. this was on 8/7/21 at 3:34pm"

"Horrible horrible horrible customer service from a female employee that must have thought her only job is to type on the computer and not help customers out. Terrible just terrible. Went in today to make an exchange there were plenty of employees standing around with no lines so I went right up to the computer cashier where she proceeded to type and tell us one word answers for the questions I asked about how to make an exchange. Finally another employee sent us 2 doors down to journey junior which made ko sence since the shoes were size 8. Will not be bac . Will exchange by mail. Terrible just terrible service."
