"I had my state inspection done here. They were very friendly and transparent. I had to do a few adjustments and they offered me multiple options. Once I chose the best one for me, they moved forward fairly quickly and my car was done within a few hours. In addition, I had limited availability to drop off and pick up my car and they were friendly enough to adjust to my availability."

"Called in the morning to ask if they could do a state inspection that day. The gentleman informed me they could if I dropped the car off and picked it up at the end of the day. I informed him that I wasn't able to drop the car off, so he suggested I set an appointment for the following week. I showed up for my appointment on time. 45 minutes later, my car hadn't even been pulled into the shop. I had to get back to work, so I left. Big waste of my time. Not sure what the point of setting an appointment was."

"Nothing but good things to say. I take my 2015 Yaris to them and they’re always timely, honest, and helpful. They give me options and never make me feel like I absolutely HAVE to get something that I don’t actually need. Friendly technicians, solid work."

"The positive: the employees have always been kind, polite and professional. We took our car in in March to have the inspection done. They needed to replace the brakes to pass it, and in replacing the breaks, did another repair. It was a little pricey, and took several days, but was not too bad. They were very polite during this process. When I originally picked up the car, they had mentioned that there was something that the mechanic working on it thought was not 100% right, but that it was probably okay. Immediately we started noticing a knocking noise which had not been present before. We took it back and they said that there was nothing wrong from a safety perspective, but if we wanted them to investigate/repair what they thought it might be, it would cost ~$2,500. We took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they were able to tell at once that it was simply the result of incorrectly replaced lug nuts in the wheel (I'm not a mechanical person, so apologies if this is not exactly correct terminology), from Leete's previous work. If left uncorrected, the wheel might have fallen off. As it was, it was damaged. All told, it was a less than $300 fix, even with the wheel damage. I am writing this review because everything that we were told on our second visit was wrong, from the theory of what was happening, to the consequences if left unfixed."

"Don't, Don't do it. Brought in my winter sets for a swap, gave them my months old car, with under 5k miles on it, and they ruined my wheels. There's scratches and scuffs on every wheel, there's gouges on 3 of them, along with paint damage. Unbelievable. I call them up, they take pics, give me a call and have the nerve to tell me, "this damage is inconsistent with our mounting machine" & "as you drive, your wheels weather" Really? At this rate, they'll dissolve before the end of the year. What an insult, just incredible. I was listening to his tone, dude didn't even believe what he was saying when he was telling me. I'm reeling from this phone call. I should have known, I had a red flag before on my last car when they did some unauthorized "recall repair" to the driver door, which then squeaked every time I opened it from then on."
