I spoke to J on the phone, and she was really patient and helpful every time I called, and the team was able to get my tire replaced first thing in the morning to get me on my way less than 2 hours after the shop opened on Sunday. Really appreciate the service I got here!"

"Grossly mislead by how quickly they would work on my vehicle and get back on the road. Made an appointment seemingly for no reason as it took them an hour to change one tire. So 4 hours for all new tires? No one here cares. They’re sitting or on their phones. Just like everywhere else nowadays, no quality of service or humanity. So sad and disappointing."

"I got an oil change from here. My car was returned to me with the maintenance light still on, the engine air hose not reconnected and just sitting loose, which led to my check engine light + others being on (I assume), and no updated sticker on my windshield. I reconnected the hose myself (not the first time a shop has not reconnected this hose so I always check afterward) and after several days the engine light turned off. If I didn’t know better I would have had to drop off my car during the day and leave it for diagnostics on the engine light. This place may leave you worse off than when you came in. The people are friendly though."
