"Horrible customer service, actually zero customer service! Take a look at all the other bad customer service reviews and if this is your location and you’re the owner of this location, you need to take a swift action into getting employees who actually want to work and not drag their freaking legs all day. Take a look at all the reviews and how many customers are actually losing - if you care about your store. My daughter asked for another size in the shoe she was trying on and the guy went in the back, We waited over 10 minutes and he never resurfaced! So bad that the guy at the register took notice and asked who was helping her he went in the back to see what was going on with the employee and told my daughter that he is going to be coming out shortly, but he never did! He other person was very helpful got her her shoes, and I thanked him for seeing how long we are waiting and offered to help. Very sloppy service and don’t look like anyone cares. If you don’t want to SERVICE customers then don’t get a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
