"Snobs. Spoke with them on the phone a few times today to confirm that they had an inventory of tuxedos with several options. Told them my size and details. Sounded good. When I arrive there are about five options overall. I'm a 40 regular. I inquired about why this was different than the info I had been told over the phone about an hour before. The guy in person told me it wasn't him on the phone and that a "lot of people work there." It's not so much the inventory issue as it is the approach to customer service. Lack of approach I mean. The whole time he had this snobby, superior attitude and concluded with telling me that this "is the biggest tux selection you will find in Richmond." I really don't think it is bud."
