"Bummed that they don’t offer refunds, my gf bought me a 325 dollar shirt for christmas, and they only offered her store credit back when it didn’t fit. I emailed them about any way they can help and only offered a discount with the store credit. Now she has to keep going back to find random things she wants until she has spent the 325 dollars again. As a small business owner myself, I was surprised at the policy. Especially cause it looks like they use shopify, where it is incredibly easy to process any refund amount at any time."
